Another week, another batch of commits, caffeine, and chaos (the productive kind). Here’s everything we’ve shipped, fixed, and broken on purpose at Olilo HQ.
1. Pricing, Perks & Transparency
Launch pricing is nearly finalised. We’ve been through the fire of margins, competitor analysis, and projections. The numbers are making sense, we're on track to balance fair pricing with sustainable growth.
Customer incentives are in the works. Referral perks, loyalty rewards, and founder-exclusive benefits are being shaped into something that feels Olilo, not “corporate freebie bin”.
Oview (our transparency dashboard) is actively being built. We’ve started prototyping the finance view, which breaks down every cost behind your monthly fee, right down to things like network access, support ops, and yes, the occasional emergency Greggs run.

2. Product & Dev Progress
Order journey is approaching release candidate status. Address lookup, plan selection, user account creation, and basic flows are now live in staging. We're now focused on perfecting edge cases and final UX polish.
The landing page is mid-overhaul. The cleaned-up version with less fluff and more “here’s what you can actually get” — will launch the moment the new order system goes live.
Backend dev is still on schedule, and we’re shipping code rapidly across multiple environments. Provisioning pipelines, logging, account logic all moving forward at full throttle.
We now have access to the network APIs we’ve been waiting on. This unlocks live integration with our key fibre providers, meaning provisioning and availability checks will soon be near-instant. No more holding your breath while we check coverage.

🗂 3. Internal Ops & Documentation
SOPs and internal docs have had another big push this week. We’ve now documented 80 percent of core business operations, from onboarding flows and support triage to One Touch Switching, refunds, and router return logic.
Role-based onboarding kits are coming together fast. Each core role will get a zero-to-hero setup so that scaling the team doesn’t mean copy-pasting old Slack messages into a panic doc.

4. Partners & Coverage Expansion
A new team member has joined to manage partner relationships, owning everything from carrier negotiations to onboarding schedules and integration timelines.
We’re still deep in discussions with additional network partners. These new additions will significantly expand our coverage footprint across the UK, making sure we can say “yes” to more addresses out the gate.
Internal dashboards for coverage availability are now being scoped so we can visually show where we’re live, where we’re negotiating, and where we’re headed next.

5. Team & Culture
Friday’s team meeting was all about momentum and it’s clear we’re building some. Everyone’s focused on deliverables, blockers are being tackled quickly, and alignment across dev, ops, and comms is solid.
Culture-wise? It's clicking. There's a real sense of shared purpose. Async updates are efficient, collab is smooth, and the Teams chat has somehow become both useful and cursed in equal measure.
Major shoutout to the team. Everyone’s pulling their weight and then some. The level of commitment, especially this close to launch, is unreal. If you're on the crew — you're smashing it.
