Hey all,
We were back down at the DC this week, not just for the vibes, but to roll out some solid upgrades to the core.
We’ve now deployed HA DHCP servers, so leases won’t drop even if a node goes offline. It's all about stability, resilience, and making sure your line stays smooth no matter what chaos is going on behind the scenes.
Rack Got a Makeover
While we were there, we gave the rack a much-needed tidy. It wasn’t a total disaster, but let’s be honest, it was definitely giving “temporary setup that somehow became permanent.”
Cleaned up the cabling, sorted the patching, ditched a few old labels, and gave it that polished, production-ready feel.
DHCP Onboarding - Eyes Peeled
DHCP onboarding invites will be going out in the next week. If you’ve been selected, you’ll get a DM/email. If not… sit tight, we’re expanding it in waves.
Speedtest Servers Now Live
We’ve also rolled out public speedtest servers, so you can properly test your line without the results getting skewed by random internet traffic. No more guessing - just raw, real speeds from our core to you.
Public Dashboards Incoming
We’re cooking up public-facing status and network dashboards - clean, live, and full of juicy stats. Want to know how much traffic is flying across the core? Peak usage? Network latency? You’ll be able to see it.
Leak alert:
That’s your Olilo update. As always, we’re keeping things moving behind the scenes, this was a big one. More updates coming soon.
