Hi there,
Currently not a customer (waiting for rollout of FTTP to where I am), but I would like to see phone support as well as the existing options. For support, sometimes it is just easier to call someone.
Also, it would be nice if PGP keys were published for email support. I know everyone here probably uses Discord but I do not like the idea of using a proprietary messaging service just to get timely support. At least with PGP emails would be able to be encrypted if sensitive data is being shared.
Another provider that I use (albeit not for broadband), AA ISP, offer email, phone, IRC and a number of other options, and different support channels being available has swayed my purchasing decisions in the past. I think the target audience of olilo will also think the same way. People here are more likely to pay more for a service than competing brands if they offer features they like, so I think this would also apply to support as well.
